However, looking down the page of the Google results for that, I was troubled to find such recipes as “Mock Oyster (Eggplant) Casserole”. And that it contains Cream of Mushroom soup is another strike against it.
You know it leaves me wondering how many liver-oyster-mushroom-eggplant casseroles will start showing up on my doorstep. I cannot suppress the shudder down my spine.
