Kaz and Randy have author and food-and-wine educator Marty Paradise (with sidekick Kenn) in the studio to talk about his “Wine 101″ classes that he’s launching at wineries up and down the Valley of the Moon. This two hour class will include discussions with the winemaker from each winery as well as custom recipes that pair best with the wines you can find there.
