Chris “The Big” Oggenfuss (of Vintuba fame) joins Kaz and Randy in the studio to talk about what a wine business interested in using social media can do to at least understand how well they are doing at it. It’s not just “number of followers”, chump! Kaz gets schooled on what he can do to be more involved in social media, and he feels it. Or at least he thinks he does.
